What are the best courses at XLRI Jamshedpur?

I have a few friends at XLRI Jamshedpur, so I can give an idea about the courses. XLRI Jamshedpuris known to have two PG diploma programs that it personally is well renowned for.

1. PGD-HRM (human resource management)
2. PGD-BM (business management)

As per the AICTE, both of these programs are equivalent to the MBA degree. These are both full-time courses (that means, of the campus classroom), 2-year programs. 

There are several individuals who claim that the HRM program is among the best in Asia, while on the other hand, the BM program is also quite exceptional and almost on the same level as IIM-ABC.

Holding back the exception of few investment banks and niche overshare multinationals, XLRI Jamshedpur receives a similar profile range as IIM-ABC from visiting companies. The major recruiters are McKinsey, the Big 4, HUL, P&G, Microsoft, Amazon, JPMC, among 100 other top Indian and overseas firms.

However, most of the other courses in the institute will take time to imbibe in the industrial sectors because they are quite new.
