I scored 359 in BITS this year and have a Mains rank just above 4k.Should I opt for IIIT Allahabad IT or BITS hyd/Goa CSE?

You should choose BITS Hyderabad/Goa. BITS Goa CSE is considered to be on the same level as the Pilani campus. The Hyderabad campus has made some radical improvements over the last few years, as well. Due to the presence of Hyderabad IT hub, the placement and career opportunities available are ample.

BITS offers a lot of freedom to students. Their no-attendance rule and the flexible course structure allow students to explore and take different courses according to their interests. You can leverage these benefits to shape your career, the way you want.

BITS placements are comparable to old IITs. Almost all major recruiting companies that visit IITs, visit BITS as well.

First of all, it’s a good score and yes your hard work paid-of. Moreover, the chance to choose one among them is with you now. All the three options are good but it is obvious you must be looking for the most suitable and possible opinion.

Though the fee of BITS Pilani Goa is high, it should not affect you if you are ready to invest your career in the right place. Be sure that IIIT A’s fee is relatively low. According to the efficient placement and if money is no barrier then:

BITS GOA> IIIT> BITS HYDERABAD.

If you are firm with your decision which colleges to opt then only think about it thoroughly. Otherwise, CS is the best option, even for the tier-2 college and finally, the package and other things do depend on the student, their skills, and mindset.
