Candidates need to score a minimum of 90 percentile in CAT to participate in the IIM Lucknow admission process for PGP courses. The cutoff for various courses at IIM Bangalore are as follows

However, according to the cutoff trends, the minimum expected cutoff for IIM Lucknow is 90 and the maximum expected cutoff is 99. Some points to keep in mind are

Your maximum focus should be on your CAT score. Try to score 99+
Past academics are also taken into consideration in IIM Bangalore admission
Work Experience carries 10% weightage
A decent to good profile can be get admitted by scoring 99.3+
An average profile's required percentile is unpredictable but should aim as high as they can.

Being a non-engineer female can increase your chances while vice versa can decrease your chances.

According to the cutoff trends, the minimum expected cutoff for IIM Lucknow is 98 and the maximum expected cutoff is 99.

In 2021, the section-wise cutoff for General category students was as follows.

Verbal Ability and Reading - 85
Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning - 85
Quantitative Aptitude - 85
Total - 90

The final section of students is done based on the position on the merit list. The merit list is prepared by calculating the grand total for all students. Grand total is calculated by combining the shortlist total and GDPI total.

It’s not a big deal if your 10th percentage is not that great. However, if you are a male engineer with less than 80% percentile in 12th, you will need a higher percentage in order to get admission at IIM Lucknow.

Expected Cutoff:

At least 99.80 percentile is required to get a call, if you are a fresher male. As you will lose 20 points in the work experience and diversity category and 10 more points if you have less than 80% in 12th.

IIM Lucknow gives 60% while making admission calls which is reduced to half in the final selection process. Getting a call does not necessarily mean you will get admission. So, try to score as much as possible to be on the safe side. Regardless of whichever category you belong to try to score at least 99.60+. It is also important to clear the cutoffs as well, 85 percentile.
