What is the procedure for applying for a transcript at Amity University Noida? I need it for Canadian immigration purposes?

My cousin is an ex-student of Amity University who shifted to Canada after her wedding. The rules for transcript provision have been updated and changed in December 2019. Before this, students could individually send documents and apply for their immigration. Now, it is mandatory for the university to send transcripts, else they will get rejected by the Canadian immigration authorities.

Students at Amity University are required to pay a total sum of INR 5000 in order to have their transcript sent. Here is a breakdown of these charges:

• For Indian Post, the charges are usually INR 1000 to 2000 whereas private courier companies like DHL and FedEx charge around INR 1500.
• Students need to have their Amizone ID and password ready in order to go forward with this hassle-free. In case they have forgotten their credentials, an email can be sent to amizone@amity.edu with their enrolment number and date of birth. You must also mention the reason as to why you would like these details. 
• In this case, you can mention Canadian immigration purposes. Your ID shall be retrieved then.
• The whole process takes some time and usually, Amity takes nearly 10 to 15 days to send the transcripts whereas, another 7 to 10 days to deliver it to WES Canada.
• Students must make sure to have the correct credentials and WES number in case they are applying through the Amizone website.
