Which companies come to IIT BHU to hire interns?
During the pre-placement season, many companies visit IIT BHU to recruit students as interns. In 2021, students of this IIT received a total of 446 paid internship offers from 80 recruiters. Some of the major recruiters that offered internship offers to students are Google, Microsoft, Trilogy, Goldman Sachs, De Shaw, Uber, etc.

Many recruiters visit IIT BHU in the pre-placement season to offer internships to the students so that they can experience the work environment in various industries and MNCs. These recruiters sponsor the students’ lodging and various other expenditures. Usually, they shortlist the students for internships through exams aimed to test their knowledge in the required field, which are sometimes followed by an interview. The students complete their internship during the summer vacations. If the company is impressed by their skills and progress, they even offer them a pre-placement offer.

These are the names of some prominent companies. Apart from these, various start-ups also visited the campus. The students are more driven towards start-ups because, as they are in the initial stage, it offers students a great insight into the working and management skills essential for an entrepreneur.
