To get IIIT Hyderabad how much marks do I need?

There are 2 UG courses, 4 PG courses, and 2 Doctoral courses offered by the institution. International students have a direct entry through the scores obtained in SAT. All the courses have different selection procedures for domestic students.

B.Tech:

B.Tech is offered in 2 specializations; CSE and ECE.

• 60% is the minimum marks required in the PCM stream for BTech courses.

The cutoff for various specializations is as follows.

Lateral entry admissions are available for CSD and ECD streams only through an entrance exam conducted by the institute itself.

M.Phil:

• MA in linguistics, languages, and any other related areas is the required eligibility.

• Students are selected for admission through IIITH PGEE which is conducted by the institution, followed by an interview round.
