What are the things you receive (and are needed) after graduating from MAKAUT/WBUT (like migration, transfer, college leaving certificate) from the college and university?

My cousin recently completed her graduation from MAKAUT and received the final semester grade card and degree certificate issued by MAKAUT from the college administration. 

The degree certificate denotes the completion of a course and is actually a course completion certificate. MAKAUT does not issue any leaving certificate although you may get one on request. The migration certificate is issued to students who get enrolled for higher studies in any other university. There is a separate procedure to obscure the migration certificate for which you will have to make a request for its prescribed application form along with the required documents.
