Inculcating basic programming skills side by side won’t hurt. It will help you realize if you are interested in coding or not. If you are, then IIT Indore is the best option for you because of its rich coding culture.
IIT Indore promotes coding through various clubs such as the programming club and even your seniors guide you throughout. But if you realize programming is not your cup of tea, you can give up on IIT Indore and choose IIT Roorkee instead. It’s an old IIT and thus the exposure and opportunities will be much better.
