Both IIM Ahmedabad and XLRI Jamshedpur are excellent institutes for an MBA in India. However, in terms of ranking, IIM Ahmedabad is considered to be slightly ahead for post-graduate programs in management in India (NIRF rank 1) and is highly respected in both the Indian and global corporate sectors. Nevertheless, XLRI Jamshedpur is also a well-regarded institution, and its flagship program is considered to be just as good. If you are interested in specializing in HR, then XLRI Jamshedpur is definitely a top pick.
