SRM, Sonepat, and MMU, Mullana is UGC and AICTE approved private institutions of India. Both MMU and SRM have been graded ‘A’ by NAAC. MMU is also ranked 101st by NIRF. The institutes have features that are unique to them and their engineering programs, especially CSE, are quite popular and in demand.

Admission:

The admission to the BTech CSE program at SRM, Sonepat, and MMU, Mullana is as follows.

Infrastructure and Facilities:

SRM: The campus equips students with a number of facilities such as a central library and multiple institutional libraries, computer R&D or project labs, indoor and outdoor sports, and an auditorium with a 1000-people accommodating capacity.

MMU: Facilities offered include a library with 9500+ resources and library management software, mess, a well-equipped gymnasium, healthcare, 15 hostels, etc.

Scholarships:

SRM: The SRM Scholar Search Program helps meritorious and disadvantaged students finance their education at SRM University.

MMU: Merit scholarships, COVID-19 Warrior Scholarship Scheme, Girl Child Scholarships, and MMIS Mullana Alumni Scholarship Scheme are offered by the university.

Placement Statistics:

Top job positions for CS graduates at both these institutes include Software Engineers, Application Developer, Network Engineer, CAD Engineer, etc.

SRM:

  • The highest and average package offered to CSE graduates was INR 12.5 LPA and INR 4.5 LPA, respectively.

  • 500+ companies such as Google, HSBC, Microsoft, Philips, Capgemini, Federal Bank, Hyundai, Hitachi, KPMG, etc, recruit SRM graduates.

MMU:

  • 87% of students were placed in 87+ recruiting companies such as Infosys, Snapdeal, Godrej, Vodafone, Amazon, Indian Army, DLF, L&T, Yamaha, Deloitte, Airtel, Pepsico, etc.

  • The highest package offered during the placement drive was INR 18 LPA.
