How is the ML and AI culture at IIT Madras? Do MTech CSE students at IIT Madras get internships at Google, Microsoft, etc.?

IIT Madras is the leading IIT in terms of growth in fields like ML and AI. it is taught by the very imminent expert in the field, Professor Balaram Ravindran. He has contributed largely to Machine Learning. 

Additionally, MTech students of IIT Madras get the excellent opportunity to intern at MNCs like Microsoft, IBM, etc. IIT Delhi and IIT Madras are the only IITs offering internship opportunities for M.Tech. students.
