The PGPEX program at IIM Calcutta is a one-year full-time program designed for work-ex graduates with at least five years of experience. They would ideally require some experience in Manager's position in the companies where they have previously worked.
There are six terms in total, with an Immersion Week in between. Each term lasts approximately 7 weeks, and the course is completed in 11 months. The curriculum includes both core and elective subjects, and students can choose what they want to specialize in by taking courses from among the electives offered.
