Which is the better college for me, a civil engineering in MIT, Muzaffarpur or civil engineering in any NIT like Srinagar or Mizoram?

National Institute of Technology, Mizoram (NITM) is an autonomous college affiliated to the All Indian Council for Technical Education. The college ranks 90th for engineering in India by JEE Cut-off 2019. It offers B.Tech in Civil Engineering as a full-time four-year course at a fee of 5.43 Lakhs for the full period.

National Institute of Technology, Srinagar (NITS) is approved by AICTE and recognized by UGC. The college offers B.Tech in Civil Engineering as a full-time four-year course at a fee of 5.30 Lakhs for the full period.
