No, unfortunately Miranda House does not offer BBA and not even the University of Delhi, for that matter, offers BBA in any course.

The course related to management that is offered to the students of the University of Delhi is

BMS or Bachelor's of Management Studies,
BFIA or Bachelor's of Financial Investment and
Analysis and BBE or Bachelor's of Business Economics.

If you want to pursue these courses, then you will have to appear for the entrance exam DU JAT (DUET) which is conducted by the NTA or National Testing Agency. If you want to pursue management, then Delhi has its fair share of reputed B-schools.
