What would be my chances of getting NIT Trichy computer science if my total in the JEE Mains 2021 is 212?

NIT Trichy is considered one of the best NITs, especially for computer science. The cutoff for the CSE branch at NIT Trichy closes around 634 for OS General and 4358 for HS General, according to 2020 trends. Considering your marks the expected rank will be around 3500. As per previous years, admission stats and cutoff getting CSE with 212 marks will be difficult. 

It also depends on factors like whether you are eligible for the home state advantage or not. Students also get an advantage based on their caste as a certain percentage of seats are kept reserved for them. If you belong to the SC, ST, or OBC category quota then you may get computer science.
