With a rank of 9506 in WBJEE, you will be able to get into both Heritage Institute of Technology and Techno India. You may not get CSE at Heritage in the first round of counseling though. You will need to wait for the second or third round. According to the recent cutoff trends, the required cutoff for CSE at Heritage is 3434 (General).

Although you have other options too if you really want to pursue CSE.

In government, you can get Purulia Government Engineering College or Cooch Behar Government Engineering College. However, they are pretty new colleges, thus it is important to keep that in mind before joining them.

There are other colleges as well such as Haldia Institute of Technology and UIT Burdwan for IT. Both of these are good colleges. Few other colleges to join are Netaji Subhas, B.P. Poddar , Megnad Saha or RCCIIT.
