Studied at National Institute of Technology, Calicut (2017)

Urban Planning at NIT Calicut, unlike other colleges, doesn't come under the Civil Engineering Department. The course has certain eligibility criteria:

You should have completed a four-year regular B.Tech or B.E. degree, or a five-year regular B. Arch degree or B.Planning with at least 60% marks in aggregate. In the case of the SC/ST category, this aggregate comes down to 55%.

The course is inclined towards the architecture and planning domain than the engineering domain and hence comes under the Department of Architecture and Planning.
