As some of my friends studied at IET Lucknow, I might be able to share some facts and help you with your query.

Considerably, the rank is slightly lesser than required for securing a position in CSE at IET, Lucknow.
However, you can undeniably take up any other branch if not CSE, given that your rank can obtain branches other than CSE in IET Lucknow.
