Some of my friends graduated from PEC Chandigarh and NIT Kurukshetra. They said that they both are equally good. It mostly depends on the branch you choose rather than the college.
- If you're getting into computer science then you should go for NIT, Kurukshetra. Otherwise, PEC Chandigarh provides better opportunities although it lacks the NIT brand.
- PEC has a legacy attached to it being a pre-independence era institution and one of the oldest in North India.
- Moreover, Chandigarh is a perfect place to get all kinds of exposure and for overall development.
