What is the procedure for taking admission in PSIT Kanpur through the UPTU?

To get admission to PSIT Kanpur, you can go for either direct admission in PSIT, or go for PSIT College of Engineering (COE). Counseling through UPSEE is also a way you can check out if you want to seek admission. PSIT COE and PSIT have a slight difference in faculty.

The eligibility criteria for direct admission to PSIT Kanpur are as follows.

• A minimum of 60% marks in 10(+2) examinations.
• Scoring a minimum of 50% in the entrance examinations conducted by PSIT. For Pharmacy, the scores in PCB and English will be calculated and for engineering, PCM with English.
• If your scores in the entrance examination are good, you will get the opportunity to choose your preferred stream and also a have reduction in the fees.

• Registration for counseling requires a fee of about 15,000 to 18,000 INR. This money will be added to college fees.

• If you get your desired college then select your option otherwise go for the second and third round.
