In order to get XLRI transcripts, write a mail to Dean office. State the reason why you are applying for transcripts and send in your personal details as well. They will communicate with you and let you know about the application process, charges, and payment method. Once you apply by following the instructions given, they will mail you the transcripts to your provided address.

The steps for below.
- Write an email to your respective admin representative for the PGDM program. You can find the email through the Academic Information System (AIS).
- The transcript charges are INR 1180 per copy.
- If you want it in a sealed envelope, you have to pay an additional fee of INR 50 for a domestic courier and INR 2000 for an international courier.
Usually, the admin representatives are helpful. They will provide you with all the instructions and guide you throughout the process.
