If you have a strong academic record, relevant work experience and good performance in entrance exams such as CAT/XAT/GMAT and selection processes, your chances of getting into XLRI or SPJIMR could be higher. It's important to note that the competition for admission to these institutes is typically very high, so it's important to have backup options and apply to other institutes as well.

It's recommended that you research the specific admission criteria and selection process for XLRI and SPJIMR, and focus on preparing thoroughly for entrance exams and selection processes to increase your chances of admission. Additionally, you may consider seeking guidance from experts or mentors to help you navigate the application process.

Getting selected to XLRI depends on how well you score in XAT. XLRI does not focus much on past academics. However, they assign a lot of weightage on the XAT score and performance in the GD and PI round.

It is difficult to predict whether you will get selected in SPJIMR or not. As they consider a lot of things for selecting students. For the interview shortlisting, they will consider your past academic records, extra-curricular, work experience, etc. It might be difficult to get a call from SPJIMR if any of these factors in your profile is weak.

But don’t lose hope as there are other alternatives that you can consider, such as IIFT, NMIMS, MDI, etc. Also, it will be wise to prepare for CAT as well. You may get into one of the IIMs if you bell the CAT.
