DAIICT Admission for OBC Category requires more than 85% rank in GSEB and 95+ marks in GUJCET. Such a profile can easily get you a seat in the top branches of DAIICT.

Now if we compare your marks to the specified eligibility criteria, your General Rank will lie somewhere between 8026-9026. The OBC Category rank will be much lower so I can say that you do have definite chances of getting into DAIICT. Also since you have 100+ marks in GUJCET, you will certainly get a good field too.

The following factors have been taken into consideration while determining the GUJCET 2022 cutoff:

  • The difficulty level of GUJCET 2022
  • Previous year trends
  • Total number of candidates who appeared for the entrance exam
  • Total number of seats available
  • Total number of applicants who applied for the entrance exam

Compare your GUJCET marks or ranks with the previous year's opening and closing ranks of different colleges you have in mind and decide.

Does my 12th percentage matter to take admission in MSU Baroda if I score well in GujCet?

ACPC is in charge of the engineering admissions procedure at MSU Baroda (Faculty of Technology and Engineering) (The Admission Committee of Professional Courses). As a result, this authority's merit list is used for admissions. The merit is determined by a 60:40 split of the board examination and the GujCet. PCM is counted at 60% in this case (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics). Admission is granted based on rank.

The procedure for other branches, such as sciences and architecture, is slightly different for the architecture exam known as the NATA, National Aptitude Test in Architecture, which takes into account 50% of total subjects in the 12th and 50% of the NATA exam.
