JECEC University is quite good for a BTech. One of my friends did his B.Tech CSE from the institute. He had a good experience there.

• The course curriculum is updated with the latest industry trends. For CSE they taught new technologies.
• They conduct aptitude classes. Which will help you in your placement and also in life.
• The institute offers many opportunities for its students to go to IITs and NITs for technical, cultural, or entrepreneurship competitions. 
• It conducts placement training. You will learn how to creak an interview and other relevant skills. 
• The teachers are also quite helpful. They will help you in both academics and placements.

My cousin attended both colleges. He left BIT Mesra to join JECRC. Here is his insight for the institutes.

Comparison:

• BIT Mesra has better faculties, better brand name, better opportunities in terms of placements as well as higher studies. But unfortunately, the campus is not that good. There is a lack of cooperation from the university and less crowd.
• In JECRC, you will get a good college experience. After all, all that matters, in the end, is your skills.
• If you don’t have any interest in socializing and want a life with a brand name to carry forward, BIT Jaipur is definitely the better alternative.

For CSE particularly, the preference order should be BIT Jaipur >> JECRC.

For CSE, ECE, and ISE, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering will be a good choice. Due to its location, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering will give you better exposure. The student crowd at DSCE is also better, as people from cosmopolitan backgrounds will be there. The placements are good and it mostly depends on your skills.

Overall, DSCE will be a better option for doing a course in CSE.

LNMIIT ranked 194 for BTech by NIRF 2020. Students are offered scholarships of INR 35,000 per semester based on their merit i.e. the JEE Advanced rank. The top 20 rankers (upto 5000 rank) will be awarded with the scholarship.

JECRC Jaipur is ranked 23rd All over India in the Best University Survey. Students are provided with internship opportunities (100%). 81% of which was paid internship, stipend from INR 8000 to 24000 per month.

NIT Manipur ranks 158th for BTech by NIRF 2020. It is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It has a 300+ acres campus area. It has a faculty strength of 70 members most of them being highly qualified and PhD holders.

Admission Details - 

• Applicants should have at least 50-60% in their 10+2 qualifying exams.
• For MTech applicants 60% in BTech or BE is required.
• Selection will be based on the entrance exams.
• JEE Main and GATE ranks are mandatory for admission.
• Applicants opting for PhD will have to go through a written examination and interview.

LNMIIT 

• 62 companies participated in the placement drive and made 517 offers.
• The top recruiting companies include Goldman Sachs, HSBC, American Express, Smartprix, OYO, etc.

JECRC

• They offer a median salary package of 2.5 LPA.
• The top recruiting companies include Adani Group, Asian Paints, Bosch Ltd, Dabur, Dainik Bhaskar, Deloitte, Essar, Godrej and Boyce.

NIT Manipur 

• 20 companies visited.
• 50 students were placed through the placement program in NIT Manipur. 
• The companies are Microsoft, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, Capgemini, Adobe, HSBC, TCS, Zolacode, Lamzing Infosystem, Virtusa, etc.

Facilities 

LNMIIT - 

• They have a campus area of 100 acres.
• They also have a central library, hostels including AC, TV and wifi.
• Sports grounds, courts, ATM, social gathering clubs and gym are also provided.

JECRC Facilities - 

• They have a library, computer labs, Mess and a cafeteria.
• They have provided sports grounds and a gym for enthusiastic students.
• They also provide a medical facility and have a 24 hour ambulance.

NIT Manipur 

• They have 2 boys and 1 girls hostel.
• They have sports grounds and courts with healthcare facilities.
• The campus has a central library.

All the above mentioned colleges are equally good; it ultimately depends on the student’s preferences of location, affordability, environment and subject. LNMIIT has a better placement record than JECRC and NIT Manipur
