What are the things I should carry to IIT Bhubaneswar as a fresher?

Basic amenities like mattresses, cycles, and sim cards and daily usage items like buckets, mugs, hangers, etc. are made available by the campus during the registration days and other necessary items can be bought at the institute’s shopping complex including stationeries. The things that you do need to bring are necessary clothes, shoes, laptop(if you are into coding), electrical appliances like kettles can also be of use to the students, (though it may not be officially allowed by the college authorities). The most important thing is the list of documents that are required at the time of registration. You can also bring your preferred sports equipment for participating in the sports activities of the college along with other extra-curricular activities of the college. Also, most of the students come from different parts of the country so they might take time in getting accustomed to the hostel food, so they can get some homemade storable food (snacks, etc.). However, having said all this the most important thing is to bring the zeal and enthusiasm to begin this new chapter of your life with new friends and in a new environment.
