IIT Guwahati vs IIIT Hyderabad for CSE, which one is better?

IIT Guwahati ranks 7th for engineering by NIRF while IIIT Hyderabad is ranked 43rd by NIRF. But as per recommendations provided by the US National Science Foundation, IIIT-H is the premier research institute in India for computer science engineering studies.

Curriculum

Both these institutes follow a rigorous academic curriculum adopting modern technologies, making the students industry ready. Topics like AI/ML/Blockchain/Data Analytics are taught which are in-demand at present, keeping up to date with the industry standards.

It is very tough to distinguish between these colleges as these are premier institutes of the nation. Infrastructurally they are almost at par with all facilities available. Faculties are highly qualified, few being involved in many government funded research projects.

Hence, it is up to the student to choose a given course in a particular college.
