NIT, Srinagar CSE vs UIET Chandigarh CSE. Which is better option?

National Institute of Technology (NIT), Srinagar is a private university that secured a rank of 67 by NIRF,2020. University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) is also a private university funded by the central government that secured a rank of 72 by NIRF,2020.

NIT Srinagar offers a BTech program for CSE whereas, UIET Chandigarh offers a BE program for the same. A brief overview of the CSE program at the two institutes is as follows.
