Yes, IGNOU offers an MA degree in Sanskrit. The eligibility criteria for admission in this degree is that you will have to pass graduation in Sanskrit or its equivalent with at least 50% marks from any of the recognized Indian universities. 

The fee is INR 14,000. The admission to IGNOU takes place in two phases, January and July. You will need to submit the application form before the deadline.
