Can you suggest to me if I should go for IIIT Allahabad IT or NIT Trichy EEE?
When it comes to EEE, NIT Trichy is one of the very best. NIT Trichy is the top NIT and is far better than the new IITs. The department of EEE is reputed at NIT Trichy. Every year multiple students from diverse backgrounds take admitted to this department to pursue their dreams. However, it also depends on your convenience. If you can shift to Trichy for your graduation, then NIT Trichy is your best option.
The campus environment of NIT Trichy is wonderful. You will get to meet people from diverse backgrounds as well as the facilities that are provided are top-notch. The EEE department also excels in research so if you want to pursue research in your future then you should definitely opt for NIT Trichy/ Also, the faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable and their lectures are just mind-blowing.

Both these colleges are well reputed.
NIT Trichy offers better fests and campus life. Also, if you wish to study and live in South India, this is a good college for you. As EEE is a circuital branch, your workload will be equivalent to that in IIIT Allahabad.
However, IT at IIIT Allahabad offers better placement opportunities. It is overall a better course than EEE at NITT.
I would recommend you consult some seniors from both these courses/colleges. But as for me, I would choose IT at IIIT Allahabad.
