As a fresher, there are a few essential items you must consider bringing in at NIT Agartala like

A few pairs of clothing
Bedsheets
Bring mosquito repellents as mosquitos are a big problem here.
Don’t carry books, rather buy them at the college to ensure light luggage.
Keep a softcopy of every necessary document with you.
Lastly, just bring blessings from your family members!

I will advise you against bringing a lot of items because almost everything can be bought here. You will be bringing unnecessary luggage and realize you need only basic items here.

So pack lightly!
