This is entirely dependent on the college you attend. Some colleges are extremely strict about these rules, while others are extremely lax. To give you an idea of the range, I know people who have had no trouble collecting admit cards for their exams despite having only 4% attendance, as well as people who have had to sign bonds for 65% attendance just to sit for exams. The fluctuations occur because, while the University has a common attendance guideline of 67%, colleges end up making their own attendance requirements.
