Is biotechnology at Manipal University good?

Manipal University's Institute of Technology has brilliant infrastructural facilities like labs for downstream processing, bioprocess engineering, etc and they have the latest HPLC, thermocycler, gas chromatography and fermenter, and for research purposes.
