Both JNTUH and Osmania University are fantastic. The placement statistics for both institutes are below.

Highest CTC INR 23 LPA INR  12 LPA
Top Recruiters CommVault, TCS, Amazon, Invesco, Darwin Box, Oracle, Mathworks, ION trading, and more Honda, DRDO, Honeywell Technology Solutions, CISCO, Apps Associates, Hightronics, Dr.Reddy Labs, Dolcera, and more.

In terms of placements and extracurricular activities, Osmania University is the best choice.

In the end, both the universities are based in India’s second Silicon Valley, Hyderabad. So, CSE is the best choice in both institutes. The final choice depends on the above factors and your preferences.
