NSUT is the winner among the two engineering institutes. The reasons for the win are below.

NSUT has a superior ranking by the Ministry of Education. It is ranked 76th in NIRF Ranking for Engineering 2020. BITS has no place in the rank.
NSUT has the location advantage as it is in the capital city. Delhi is more accessible to the students, guest faculties, and recruitment companies.
Another main reason is the return on investment (ROI). ROI of NSUT is the best as compared to BITS. The fee of BITS is extremely high that it can take a toll on the pockets of students. Students do not have to worry about borrowing or paying back their education loans.
