Can someone from IIIT Lucknow upgrade to IIIT Allahabad after 1 year?

IIIT Lucknow and IIIT Allahabad are two different institutes altogether and there aren’t any options to change from one to the other after 1 year. So, no you cannot upgrade to IIIT Allahabad from IIIT Lucknow after 1 year.

IIIT Lucknow was established recently and it does not have its own campus ready in Lucknow yet. So it is using the IIIT Allahabad campus as its temporary campus. The students of IIIT Lucknow are thus treated equally in the same league as IIIT Allahabad. They share almost every facility but that does not mean you can change your college entirely after 1 year.
