Sharda University, Amity University, and Noida International University are all UGC approved private institutions of India. While Noida International is not graded by NAAC, Sharda has a ‘B’ grade and Amity has an ‘A’ grade from the same.

Prospective jobs in B.Arch include design architect, project architect, interior designer, urban planner, etc in sectors such as public works department, department of railways, national building organization, etc. The average salary in this field ranges from INR 3 to 6 LPA.

Infrastructure and facilities

• Sharda University: The modern campus is spread across 63 acres of land and provides facilities such as hostels, stores, pharmacy, hospital, transport, library, gym, laundry, salon, community radio, IT department, student activity centre, cafeteria, etc.

• Amity University: The grand campus of Amity consists of amphitheater classrooms, auditoriums, arcadia, food outlets, fitness centre, sports arena, library, Wi-Fi access, etc. It hosts numerous events and activities every year.

• Noida International: Facilities offered to the students include sports and games equipment, medical care, fitness and health centers, canteen, accommodation, etc on its 75 acres green campus.

Placement Statistics

• Sharda University: 80% of students were placed overall. The highest salary package received is INR 65 LPA. 350+ recruiters, like Amazon, Videocon, Asian Paints, L&T, etc, recruit graduates from the university.

• Amity University: The highest package offered was 30 LPA and the average was 4.5 LPA. 1706 students were placed in companies such as Amazon, Shell, Indian Navy, Google, Byju’s, etc.

• Noida International: 98% of students (approximately) were placed, with the highest package offered to be INR 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Google, Wipro, Ola, Vivo, 99acres, etc.

Interested individuals must thoroughly research the universities and choose one that suits their needs and expectations the best. The choice should be based on factors such as academic caliber and personal disposition.

Architecture requires the creative mindset of a student and to obtain that creativity, students are required to stay in an environment filled with inspiration. This environment is very hard to find yet, ITM Gwalior is considered the best place for it. It has been accredited as a NAAC Grade B university and regarded as the fastest-growing academic hub of private universities.

Faculty:

• The faculty of ITM is considered as one of the prime reasons for students to be a part of this University.
• With eminent scholars, academicians, scientists, and researchers, this University does not fail to provide perfect quality education and mentorship.

Placements:

• ITM not only provides on-campus placements but also open-campus opportunities. This particular year, a Job Fair was held on the campus where students from major universities participated from all over Madhya Pradesh.
• Top-tier companies like Infosys, Wipro, IBM, Cognizant, Tata Steel, Byjus, etc., visit the campus which proves that the placement rate is quite high for ITM.
• ITM provides 62,226 placement opportunities to its students with 372 major firms visiting the campus. ITM leaves no part where a student can question their admission.
• This particular year, Byjus visited the campus and hired 4 students with a package of 10 lakh per annum.

Fee Structure:

• The average fee per year for ITM falls somewhere near Rs. 1,60,000/-.
• The Hostel Fee is Rs. 1,43,000 per year for both boys and girls.

ITM Gwalior itself provides many opportunities for students to excel in. However, it completely depends on the students how they make use of it. The infrastructure, faculty, and the fact that you are not bound by any curfew timing are just additional benefits that you get if you are an ITM-ian.

Firstly a hearty congratulations to you for scoring a good rank in JEE Main. However, it is quite difficult to get a seat at SPA Delhi in this rank. The 2nd best option can be SPA Bhopal. Moreover, SPA Vijayawada is relatively newer and cannot be trusted.

I have friends studying at both Bhopal and Vijayawada, from what I've heard, Bhopal is a better option. SPAs are purely design institutes and thus the exposure would be greater. 

Since your chances at SPA D are quite on edge, you can instead look for the following colleges in order of preference: 

NIT Nagpur> NIT Bhopal> SPA Bhopal> NIT Jaipur> SPA Vijayawada and so on.

If you want to go for NITs, choose the one with better infrastructure, weather, and a diverse crowd. There are many other good institutes as well but do your proper research and take the right decision for yourself.
