Which of these colleges are best for mtech in VLSI, NIT Goa, NIT Delhi, NIT Nagpur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Kurukshetra, NIT Durgapur please provide priority wise order among those?
The biggest problem with most industries is that they don’t support students for Internships. However, India's Top 3 NITs due to its location advantage can still get away with it but mid-tier NIT students are suffering. How is the M.Tech course in Mizoram University? Is there a placement in an MZU M.Tech?
M.Tech in the Mizoram university is very new and will take a bit to settle, so the placement is not quite good.
The students collaborate with NIT Mizoram students to send the companies so that the process of placement could be completed. But the package they offer is not at all satisfying for the students.
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has started M.Tech. and Ph.D. Programme from academic session 2017-18. Along with this 2 more M.Tech. programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, Power and Energy Systems Engineering; Ph.D. programme in Electrical Engineering started their academic sessions from the year 2018-19.
The placements will take time to improve but currently it is average, so if you prefer self learning and training only then opt for MZU, otherwise go for more experienced colleges.

IIT Hyderabad is one of the recognised academic institutions in the country.
- The MTech fees for IIT Hyderabad are approximately around 7 lakhs INR.
- The average tuition fee is 4 lakhs and around 3 lakhs fees for 2 years for accommodation charges like hostel, fooding, project, clothing, medicines and more.
- The duration of course usually lasts for 2 to 3 years depending on your subject and the pace at which you can complete the course.
- To be eligible for admission in the MTech program offered by IIT Hyderabad you need to have a BTech or BE or equivalent degree in a relevant stream with at least 60% aggregate in total.
- To get admission you need to appear for the GATE entrance exam and once it is cleared you need to sit for COAP Counselling to be admitted to IIT Hyderabad.
