How is BIMTECH in Greater Noida?

MR
Meghamollar Roychowdhury Posted On : April 26th, 2023
Birla Institute of Management Technology

BIMTECH is good for 70th–80th percentile students, but its ROI is modest. The two-year fee is 16 Lakhs and the package is 7 LPA, which isn't excellent. If this is not a concern for you, this college is fine. If you're getting a student loan or have worked for 3 years, don't join BIMTECH.

Placements are fine. Gartner, Accenture, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, and Amazon recruit 1-2 students from each organization for final-year placements. 95% of students acquire jobs, yet most are in unattractive fields. Marketing MBAs want to work in FMCG, but BIMTECH recruits most in BFSI. Most students become bank salespeople.

The college offers some paid internships with good companies. Most student jobs are unpaid or pay only enough to cover rent, food, and travel.

There are other factors, such as rigorous restrictions, redundant courses, keeping students busy when they don't need to be, and location, but I don't think these are substantial enough to eliminate a B-school from your list.

The college you want to choose depends upon what are your future plans, if you are planning to do specialization in finance then IFMR Chennai would be a good option, as IFMR Chennai is famous for its finance courses and if you are planning to do specialization in foreign subjects like foreign strategy and foreign trades then you should go with BIMTECH (IBM).
