UPCATET 2020 round 1 counselling registration for PhD courses has commenced from December 10 and will be concluded on December 23, 2020.
Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology has conducted the UPCATET 2020 on August 18 - 20, 2020 in offline mode to provide admission in various UG, PG, and PhD courses. Earlier the university released the merit list for PhD admission.
Candidates whose names have appeared in the UPCATET 2020 merit list should check the counselling schedule and proceed further with the counselling process to get admission in PhD courses.
To proceed further with the counselling process, candidates should pay the counselling registration fee online and upload their documents and certificates.

The online choice filling process will take place and candidates need to fill in their preferred colleges and lock their choice preference. Seats will be allotted to candidates in the round 1 UPCATET Counselling 2020 based on their choice preference and seat availability.
The seat allotment result for round 1 UPCATET 2020 counselling will be declared on December 23, 2020 and candidates need to pay the counselling security fee in order to proceed further with the admission process in the allotted college.

UPCATET 2020 Counselling: How to Complete Counselling Process
Candidates could follow the steps mentioned below to register and complete the round 1 UPCATET 2020 counselling process.
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPCATET 2020 @upcatet.org
Step 2: Click on the “Counselling New Registration” link available on the top row of the homepage
Step 3: Pay the counselling fee online via debit card/credit card/Net Banking to confirm registration
Step 4: Fill the preferred choice of college and course in the online choice filling process
Step 5: Lock their choice of preference in the online choice locking process
Step 6: Round 1 seat allotment result will be declared according to the choice preference and availability of seats
Step 7: Save the seat allotment letter and take a printout of it for future reference.

UPCATET 2020: What after Counselling Process?
After the declaration of the round 1 seat allotment result of UPCATET 2020, candidates should pay the counselling security fee and download the seat allotment letter.
Candidates whose names appear in the seat allotment result should report to the respective college to confirm their seats and proceed further with the admission process.
While reporting to the colleges, candidates should carry their seat allotment letter and the required documents.
After the document verification process gets completed, candidates should pay the admission fee and confirm their admission in the allotted college.
