Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai is inviting applications for Certificate Program in Youth Leadership and Social Change.
The program by TISS Mumbai will offer certified training opportunities to youth workers for the greater good of the society and in the process develop leadership skills leading to self-empowerment.

TISS Certificate Program: Objectives and Outcomes
As claimed by TISS, the program will help develop analytical skills to create an opinion on institutions, policies and cultural beliefs that influence lives. It is targeted at building leadership skills, identify one’s rights and responsibilities to participate in social, cultural and political changes.
Trainees will be exposed to scores of practice skills to bring about social developments. In the end, candidates will be self-transformed into leaders and be motivated to engage in social work. Candidates will be able to apply their knowledge in societal contexts.

About 20 seats are available for this course. Students who have completed 18 years of age and passed 12th class are eligible to take up this program.
The fact that is a part-time program, it will be delivered over the weekend for a course of 6 months.
