New Delhi: SP Jain School of Global Management, a Forbes #12, ranked leading business school has achieved a slew of high rankings in the Australian Quality Indicators for Learning and Technology, QILT 2021 Graduate Outcomes Survey.
SP Jain School of Global Management, SPJSGM has surpassed every university in Australia in the percentage of full-time overseas student employment.
The school achieved rankings in terms of various parameters such as overall employment rate, labour force participation rate and median salary.
SP Jain outperformed the university average by a large measure on three of the four employment outcomes, compared to the 40 Australian universities across all disciplines.
Taking into account the different parameters, SP Jain, has better employment outcomes in Business & Management than the international student sector averages.
Out of the 32 private providers surveyed, SP Jain had achieved the second highest full-time employment rate and the 5th highest median salary.
The QILT surveys are one of Australia’s largest government-sponsored learning and teaching surveys.
By collaborating data from all Australian institutions concerning students’ experiences and graduate career outcomes, the information gained from these surveys helps students in making informed decisions about their higher education options.
Students may compare schools on the basis of findings of hundreds of QILT questionnaires filled out by current and recent students and alumni.
A variety of factors included in the polls are satisfaction with face-to-face conversations, computer access, graduation incomes, and employment outcomes.
The 2021 Graduate Outcomes Survey is a study of recent graduates four to six months after the completion of their studies.
Speaking on these rankings and expressing his delight, Mr. Nitish Jain, President of SP Jain Global, said that the management school has achieved good rankings across all parameters.
Several factors are used in determining these rankings and the graduate success is a primary key for the school. The impact of SP Jain’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is reflected through the success of many alumni who are currently working at top organisations across the world, Jain said.
Earlier in 2021, SP Jain reported that almost 80% of its students who stayed back in Australia upon completing their BBA program received full-time roles at average starting salaries of AUD 55,000.
The students have also received offers from notable companies based in the US, Dubai, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and Colombia.

The placement of SP Jain's students and the resounding success of alumni aligns quite well with what the school has witnessed from the recent 2021 QILT graduate outcomes survey.
