Rajasthan Governor Requests Varsities To Launch Courses In Specialized Knowledge Areas


Kalraj Mishra, the Governor of Rajasthan formally requested the Universities of Rajasthan to introduce courses in science and technology and specialized knowledge areas in both English and Hindi.

Mishra stressed that educational institutions of Rajasthan should invite arts, literature, and culture related subject experts as guest lecturers to make them familiar with students.

This will help to make the regular courses more interesting to the students, Mishra said.

Seminar on National Education Policy (NEP) was organized by Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Rajasthan and Kalraj Mishra addressed the event on November 11, 2020.

The principals, faculty heads, department heads, and vice Chancellors of 184 colleges of Rajasthan attended the seminar.

Considering modern time demands, Mishra suggested developing e-curricular in regional languages.

Mishra also stated that Educational Institutions of Rajasthan should introduce virtual labs for their students and help them to participate in National Educational Technology Forums.
