The QS Global MBA Rankings 2021 has been released on 23 September 2020. As per the ranking, four Indian b-schools are included in the top 100 MBA Global list.
The ranking list includes IIM Bangalore, IIM Lucknow, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, and ISB Hyderabad. Apart from these institutions, no other MBA college of India is on the top 100 QS Global rankings list.
On the other hand, IIM Lucknow and SP Jain Institute of Management Studies and Research (SPJIMR) Mumbai are the institutions which have been included in the top 200 colleges in QS Global MBA Rankings 2020.

IIM A, B Drop 10 Rankings Each
As per the ranking list, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore have both dropped ten positions down on the rankings as compared to last year.
While IIM Ahmedabad holds the 50th position this year as compared to its 40th position last year. IIM Bangalore also received the 54th position this year, in comparison to its 44th position of last year.
Despite the ranking from last year, IIM Ahmedabad is still considered as the best MBA college in India, as per the QS Global MBA Rankings 2020.
Moreover, regarding the decline in the rankings, Prof Rishikesha T Krishnan, the Director of IIM Bangalore, said that he plans to discuss the drop in these rankings with his colleagues. He also highlighted his concern on Indian schools showing a collective decline in the list.
ISB and IIM-L Secures Position in Top 200 Colleges
ISB Hyderabad and IIML are two more schools that have found their way into the top 200 of QS Global MBA Rankings. This year the total number of Indian B-schools has increased to 6 among the QS Ranking global list.
On a brighter side, IIM Calcutta has significantly improved its rankings and holds the 79th rank, up from the 101-110 bracket in 2020. While the position of SPJIMR Mumbai remains the same between the ranges of 151-200.
US B-Schools tops The List
As per the QS latest ranking, USA B-Schools have again topped the QS Global MBA Rankings.
The rankings showed 4 out of the top 5 b-schools, i.e. Stanford, Penn, MIT, and HBS, are from the USA while the 5th position is taken by HEC, France.
