PGIMER, Chandigarh M.Sc & MPH Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for M.Sc
- M.Sc Biochemistry: Passed a B.Sc or B.Sc Hons with 55%
- M.Sc Pharmacology: Passed MBBS degree or B.Sc/ B.V.Sc/ B.Pharma degree
- M.Sc Respiratory Care: Passed B.Sc in MLT/ B.Sc nursing/ B.Sc Medical/ BPT with 55%.
- M.Sc Anatomy: Passed MBBS/ BDS/ B.V.Sc/ B.Sc (Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry)/ B.Sc Nursing/ Bachelor of Physical Therapy with 55%.
- M.Sc Medical Biotechnology: Passed B.Sc degree in Life/ Biological Science with 55% or passed an MBBS degree.
- M.Sc Anaesthesia: Passed B.Sc in MT with 55% and also have 3 years of experience.
- M.Sc Medical Biophysics: Passed B.Sc (MBBS/ BDS/ B.Pharma/ B.PH.T/ B.Sc with at least one subject of biological sciences) with 55%
- M.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology: B. Sc with a diploma in Radiography or B.Sc. Medical Technology (Radiology or Radiotherapy) with 55% in each exam and 3 years experience in the concerned subject.
Eligibility for MPH
- MBBS/BDS/B.V.Sc./BE/MA/M.Sc or equivalent with 50%.
- The degree of the candidates must be recognized by the Medical/Dental/Veterinary Council of India/the Institution of Engineers (India) and UGC /AICTE.
- Candidates are required to be registered with the Central /State Medical/ Dental/ Veterinary Registration Council.
- It is compulsory for candidates to complete rotatory internship training.
Note: 5% marks relaxation is there for SC/ ST category students.

- Firstly the applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the qualifying entrance exam for both the courses.
- Shortlisted candidates then have to appear for counselling or a personal interview round.
- The final selection is based on the overall performance in the entrance exam, personal interview round and academic records.
