People's Education Society University (PES) has postponed the second round of the counselling phase of PESSAT 2020 which was planned to be conducted on October 17 and 18.
Earlier, the PESSAT 2020 result was announced on September 7 in online mode. PES conducts the PESSAT exam every year for admission in various courses.
The first round of counselling was held for 3 days from September 18 to 20. PES University will release the revised dates on the official website.

PES Admission 2020: Instructions for Candidates
Applicants must register themselves to attend the counselling session. A candidate can register for the process using the registration number and Date of Birth.
At the time of counselling, a student is required to submit various documents. The Bengaluru-based varsity has also extended the deadline for the submission of these documents.
The authorities have given an extension of 5 days in submission as previously the deadline for submission was October 15.

PES Admission 2020: Counselling Process
Candidates are required to register themselves for the counselling process. For this, the following steps should be followed:
- Visit the official website of PES. Get yourself registered.
- Now, login with the credentials like registration number and date of birth.
- In case the candidate fails to appear for counselling, he/she is supposed to draft an authorization letter to the concerned authority. The letter must include the photograph and signature of the examinees and the authorized person.
- Candidates must submit various documents like PESSAT scorecard, qualifying exam certificates, category certificates, etc.
- Candidates will also have to pay a certain fee amount of INR 10,000 for counselling. Also, they will have to pay the tuition fees of INR 3,00,000. Both the amount has to be paid in the form of DD.
- The paid DDs must be in the name of 'PES University General Fund'.
PES Admission 2020: Documents Required
Following documents are to be submitted at the time of counselling:
- PESSAT scorecard and hall ticket of the same.
- Original copies of Graduation Marks Card, 10th Marks Card (SSLC) and 12th class Marks Card (PUC).
- Transfer certificate/college leaving certificate/Migration Certificate (if, from other board than PU Board).
- 6 copies of Passport & Stamp Size Photos each.
