OP Jindal University UG & PG Admission 2023 Open; Check Details Here

New Delhi: OP Jindal University has begun the application process for undergraduate and postgraduate level degree courses for the academic session 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://www.opju.ac.in/. 

OPJU offers Diploma Lateral / BTech / MTech / BCom (Hons) / BBA / MBA / BSc (Hons) / MSc/ PhD in various specialisations. Candidates seeking admission to the UG and PG programmes can submit their applications till the deadline which is not yet announced by the university. 

Admission to the UG and PG courses offered by OPJU will be done based on the merit in the last qualifying examination, followed by their performance in the personal interview process.

OPJU UG & PG Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the UG courses will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

BTech: 

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with PCM and language subjects from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

BBA and BSc: 

• For BBA and B.Sc. program, candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

MTech: 

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology in a relevant discipline or M.Sc. in relevant subjects or MCA with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

MBA: 

• Students must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 50% marks to seek admission to MBA program from the university.

Msc: 

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent in relevant discipline from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

PhD: 

• Candidates must hold a PG degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

OPJU UG & PG Admission 2023: Selection Process

• Admission will be granted to the BTech based on the score obtained in JEE Main or Chattisgarh Pre Engineering Test (CGPET) or OP Jindal University Entrance Test (OPJUET) followed by Interview.

• Admission to BBA and BSc will be granted on the basis of merit in 10+2 examination followed by Interview.
• Admission to M.Tech program will be granted based on performance in GATE or OPJUET followed by Interview.
• Admission will be offered to the MBA based on performance in CAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA or OPJUET followed by Interview. 
• Admission to M.Sc. courses will be granted based on merit in the Bachelor's degree examination followed by an Interview. 
• Admission to Ph.D. programs will be offered based on the score obtained in GATE / UGC NET / OPJUET.

OPJU UG & PG Admission 2023: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of OPJU @https://www.opju.ac.in/. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
