New Delhi: NTA has released the corrigendum for CUET PG 2023 on March 30, 2023 regarding the amendments and additions made to the exam. Interested candidates and concerned stakeholders can check the notice on the official website at cuet.nta.nic.in.
In the notice released, the NTA has informed regarding the typographical error in the information bulletin released for CUET PG 2023 exam and the addition of more universities to the list of colleges offering PG admission based on CUET 2023 scores.
According to the corrigendum, the English and Foreign Languages University will now accept CUET 2023 scores for admission to PG courses for this session. Earlier, the university had withdrawn from the CUET PG at the last moment, however, it has once again joined the exam.
Informing about the amendments, it reads, "The English and Foreign Languages University had earlier withdrawn from CUET (PG)-2023 at the last moment due to which the name of the University is not reflected in the list of participating Universities".
"However, the courses offered by the University are visible in the bunching list. Now the University has again joined CUET (PG)-2023", it added. Candidates who wish to apply for admission to PG courses at the university can now do so through CUET PG 2023.
More Universities Accepts CUET Scores for PG Admissions
The notice released by NTA informs that many universities have accepted CUET PG 2023 scores for this session, which includes Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Parul University (Vadodra), Netaji Subhas University of Technology (Dwarka, New Delhi) and SRM University Delhi.
Gyani Inder Singh Institute of Professional Studies affiliated with Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (Dehradun), University of Science & Technology (Meghalaya), TERI School of Advanced Studies, Quantum University, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (Noida) and Sharda University among others will also take CUET PG.
Additionally, the universities which have increased the number of courses offered through CUET PG 2023 are University of Jammu, Pondicherry University, Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya Sagar, Tripura University, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Dr B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi, and many others.
Informing about other changes, the notice reads, "Typographical error has occurred in the Information Bulletin. It is mentioned that Hindu Studies (ACQP08) will be done in English and Hindi. However, it is in Sanskrit and English”.
“Another typographical error has occurred in Appendix-VII page no-66 containing a list of question paper codes with courses for two B.Ed Programs (COQP06 B.Ed Mathematics and COQP07 B.Ed Science) in the Information Bulletin”. The updated list is now available on the official website for candidates to check.
