The department of management studies, NIT Silchar offers MBA programmes in various specialisations including Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource. Candidates seeking admission to the MBA programme can submit their applications till March 31, 2023.

NIT Silchar MBA Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates intending to enrol for admission to the MBA programme will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria.
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor degree in Science / Humanities / Technology or equivalent in an appropriate area, with at least 50% or 5.5 in CPI/CGPA for MBA Program. A relaxation of 5 percent or 0.5 in CGPA/CPI on a 10 point scale may be extended to the candidate belonging to SC/ST/PwD category.
- A candidate must have appeared in CAT/MAT/ CMAT (the tests taken between September 2020 to March 2022) with a minimum cut-off of 50 percentile is eligible to apply with a valid score card.
- Students appearing at their final year graduation examination may also apply.
- Department may specify additional requirements in addition to above these minimum requirements..
NIT Silchar MBA Admission 2023: Selection Process
The Department conducts a three step process to admit students into MBA program:
- Step 1 - Performance or Scores of the Students in the Entrance Examination (CAT /MAT/ CMAT)
- Step 2 - Performance in Group Discussion (GD)/ Written Ability Test (WAT)
- Step 3 - Performance in Personal Interview
NIT Silchar MBA Admission 2023: How to Apply?
Step 1: Visit the official application portal of NIT Silchar @http://www.nits.ac.in/.
Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form.
Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
