New Delhi: The Final recruitment cycle at MICA shows that the firms from analytics, banking & consulting sector were the Top recruiters with 39 offers, followed by the IT sector with 31 offers and 30 offers from the FMCG Sector.
According to a press statement issued by the strategic marketing and communication institution on Friday March 27, 32 offers came from a variety of firms altogether. The year, 100% recruitment have been recorded for the 28th batch of flagship PGDM and PGDM-Communications programmes, with the average payout climbing from INR 14 LPA in 2021 to INR 20 LPA in 2023, as reported by the authorities.

The statement stated that the median CTC (cost to company) climbed by 12% to INR 19 lakh, while the top 50% of candidates received an average CTC of INR 23.8 lakh per year. Around 56% of the 77 organisations who participated in the recruitment process were new employers, according to authorities, and 31 students were offered pre-placement positions (PPOs).
Analyst loyalty marketing, digital marketing manager, content marketing manager, digital marketing and SEO manager, brand manager, etc. were among the opportunities given to MICA students.
