Masters’ Union Launches Scholarship of Worth INR 50 Lakh for Students

New Delhi: The Gurugram-based, new-age business school Masters' Union has introduced a special scholarship programme for young & talented students who are taking the JEE or IPMAT this year.

The scholarship scheme seeks to recognise and honor extraordinary talent in the management and technological domains. Students are invited to submit their original innovative ideas to get a chance and Win the scholarship Worth INR 50 lakh.

As per Master’s Union, it's important to invest in the education of the future generation of leaders, and we don't think anyone should be discouraged from pursuing their academic dreams due to lack of money.

Whether the students join the Masters' Union for UG Programmes or not, we hope that this scholarship will help young, talented students who have the potential to lead India in the future with their higher education.

Regardless of their financial status or background, all eligible students are welcomed to apply for the scholarship. Our goal is to offer equal educational opportunities and contribute to the development of a better future for India, according to Swati Ganeti, Director of the Masters' Union's Undergraduate Programme.

There will be three phases to the Future Leaders Scholarship.

  • The First Phase: Students must submit their business plan and create a video essay. The business proposal must be submitted before April 30, 2023. 
  • The Second Phase: Students who have been shortlisted will be invited to participate in the second round, which will be held in July 2023, and they will be required to submit their JEE Advanced or IPMAT 2023 results. 
  • The Third Phase: The top 25 winners will be chosen based on their performance in the IPMAT 2023 and JEE Advanced entrance exams and they will get scholarships worth up to INR 2 lakhs each for the UG programme of their choice.

Only the first year is covered by the scholarship, which is available to students at schools including Delhi University, IITs, BITS, IIM Indore, and Masters' Union. The scholarship is available for Delhi University's B.Com, B.B.A., and B.M.S. programmes. The scholarship money will be deposited directly to the student's college account.

The Chairman of the Governing Body of SOL and Director of the Campus of Open Learning, Dr. Payal Mago, stated that "India's educational system requires collaboration. Together, the public and private sectors are working to raise educational standards and to ensure that all students, regardless of socioeconomic status, have access to them. The youth of India have the potential to be the engine of positive change and creativity if they are given the knowledge and tools to do so. The Masters' Union's dedication to advance the diversity and inclusivity in education is demonstrated via the Future Leaders Scholarship. It offers a fantastic chance to the deserving students to pursue their goals and realize their full potential in the fields of technology and management”.

Students will also receive a certificate of participation and unique access to the Startup Weekend at the Masters' Union, hands-on experience creating a startup, and mentorship from business professionals, in addition to the scholarship amount.

The Future Leaders Scholarship Challenge is a fantastic chance for youngsters to attend some of India's top universities and acquire a top-notch education. The scholarship initiative will support the students in achieving their academic goals and provide them with the training and tools they need to succeed as future leaders in their areas.
